Is this the HOLE that destroyed Dan’s F1 Race?
F1 fan KIRK WELLS took these pics of where Daniel Ricciardo came to grief in Melbourne last Sunday.
“Made it through Albert Park race track today and took a couple of Photos. There is normally a green timber post in the ground at the point where the front wing obviously sheared off, you can see the hole where it’s located.
“I think this is what caused the wing to break, you can also see the wing end plate line through the grass to this point.” Kirk Wells, Melbourne.
