Young West Aussie Hits His Straps
CALAN WILLIAMS has notched his first round win in the Australian Formula 3 Premier Series. He drove his Gilmour Racing rig to a decisive victory at the weekend around South Australia’s tight, twisty and narrow Mallala circuit.
Calan had a tense battle throughout the round punished his Mercedes Benz-powered Dallara F311 in a tense battle with main rival and championship leader, Alpine Motorsports John Magro.
Any F3 car from 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2011 is eligible to compete in the Premier Class.

Round 6 – October 20-22, Wakefield Park Raceway, Goulburn (NSW)
