JASON KENDRICK’s West Aussie team gave it their best shot in five-hour ENERGY Knoxville Nationals this weekend.
DONNY SCHATZ took out the endurance race in the #15 rig, giving the North Dakotan his 10th career victory in the event. NASCAR ace KYLE LARSON was second, with former WA racer KERRY MADSEN third.
“DONNY raced for me at Claremont Speedway some 25 years ago, when he was a nobody,” said CON. “Now he’s the best Sprintcar driver in the world! BRETT is the son of former WA Sprintcar champion GARY (The Hombre’) and JAN SARTORI.”
