“Jeff Dunkerton was my childhood hero. Now, 50 years later, the WA Historic Touring Car Club has granted me the Jeff Dunkerton Club Person of the Year award. What an unbelievable honour! This season has been remarkable – 2nd in CAMS WA State Championship, 2nd WASCC, 2nd WAHTCC, 1st Motoring South West Championships. All group Nb under 3ltr class. Third Outright at the TRY race for 2017. Ticked the box earlier in March and raced at Phillip Island, finishing top three for the weekend. Congrats to Conno Onofaro Minicraft Motorsport in the Yellow car #112. You are just that much better. Thanks also to Troy Thompson and Colin Thorne for crewing all year. And to Dean Whisson for a very competitive reliable engine.
